OUR STORY
Embark on a culinary voyage with us, a family-driven journey fueled by passion and a love for Lebanese cuisine.
In 1994, our tale began when a husband and wife team, Ali & Amira opened our inaugural shop, laying the cornerstone for what would become a flavorful legacy. In 2000, we proudly introduced the first-ever Lebanese Takeaway in our area, ‘Gourmet Lebanese,’ offering our community a tantalizing taste of Lebanon for the first time.
From catering at fairs, schools, and sports events, demand soared, leading us to unveil our first restaurant in South Wimbledon in 2009. Here, guests are immersed in an ambiance adorned with authentic Lebanese imported handcrafted decor and curated music, evoking the spirit of Lebanon.
Inspired by the overwhelming response, we expanded, opening branches across London, each one a beacon spreading awareness and appreciation for the beauty of Lebanese cuisine to diverse communities. Join us for a quick wrap in the Broadway after a day of tennis in the championships, in Sutton, Streatham, or Colliers Wood for a family birthday celebration, or in South Wimbledon for your big wedding day.
